WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – Life Care Memory Partners is providing vital resources to more than hundreds of dementia patients and their caregivers across North Carolina, ensuring families do not have to navigate the diagnosis alone.
Candy Lee with Life Care Memory Partners joined Randy Aldrige on WECT News Now to discuss the program.
The program offers resources and support to people living with Alzheimer’s or dementia and their caregivers, according to Lee. The program operates in seven counties and serves around 723 active clients.
“We’re on a mission that nobody has to take this walk alone,” Lee said.
